- 3 handfuls of Granola with raisins and nuts
- A variety of fruit like :
-bananas
-blueberries
- apple
- raspberries
- blackberries
- A dash of honey on top :)
Strawberry&Banana Smoothie
- 1 Whole banana
- 7 strawberries
- 2 tbs of natural greek yoghurt
- A tsp of honey
- 1 cup of orange juice
- A handful of ice
