Healthy Granola&Greek Yoghurt Breakfast

  • 3 tbs of Greek Youghurt
  • 3 handfuls of Granola with raisins and nuts
  • A variety of fruit like :
                                  -strawberries 
                                   -bananas
                                   -blueberries
                                   - apple
                                   - raspberries
                                   - blackberries

  • A dash of honey on top :) 

Strawberry&Banana Smoothie
  • 1 Whole banana
  • 7 strawberries
  • 2 tbs of natural greek yoghurt
  • A tsp of honey
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • A handful of ice
