Quick and Easy Workouts ♥

Today I have decided to share with you my everyday toning routine.. Yes, I do have my own club training during the week but the days I don't have it I enjoy doing these quick and easy workouts that I find work so well. By doing these workouts I have seen such a difference in my belly,bum and legs!! My workout consists of:
♥40 sit ups
♥20 supper man sit ups
♥20 heel touch sit ups
♥40 squats
♥40 leaning to the side (for hips)
♥20 leg lifts on each leg
♥Plank for 1 minute
 If I am feeling very adventurous then I do 30 seconds of bicycle crunches and mountain climbers twice :)
Hope this helps you guys get that body of yours toned up!
